I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pension Hibiscus on La Digue island, and I must say, I was truly blown away by the attention to detail and exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with refreshing drinks and a warm welcome by Alice and Jennita. Our room was not only beautifully decorated with fresh flowers but also impeccably clean and cozy, making us feel right at home. The personal touches such as the surprise birthday celebration for my husband truly exceeded all our expectations.One aspect that particularly stood out to me was the level of care and thoughtfulness put into ensuring our comfort. From organizing bike rentals to offering tips on exploring the island, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Additionally, the complimentary pick-up and drop-off service from the jetty added a level of convenience that made our arrival and departure seamless. The free and fast Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great asset, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.Furthermore, the lush garden surrounding the property provided a serene and peaceful setting, perfect for relaxation. The proximity to various dining options like Gala Takeaway and Le Repaire within walking distance made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the local cuisine. Pension Hibiscus truly exceeded all my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, accommodating, and well-located place to stay on La Digue island.
